Strategic Pricing & Revenue Manager (100%, Zurich-based)

About the role

Julius Baer, a renowned private bank in Switzerland, is looking for a full-time Strategic Pricing & Revenue Manager based in Zurich. You will join the Pricing and Revenue Management department, which drives cross-divisional initiatives, defines revenue optimisation measures and reports insights to the Group CFO and senior management. The team has backgrounds in strategy consulting and banking, and you will work directly with senior leadership and stakeholders across Front Regions, Products, Sales and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Shape the bank's approach to pricing across services and client segments, blending analytical insights with business judgement
• Analyse pricing performance, market trends, competitor pricing and client behaviour to inform executive decisions and uncover revenue potential
• Lead the strategic evolution of the discount management platform, turning business needs into scalable process designs and tool requirements
• Work with regional Front teams, product specialists, legal, operations and finance to turn strategy into operational solutions
• Support pricing governance frameworks, regular reviews of pricing strategies and adherence to global and local minimum standards
• Prepare presentations for senior management, coordinate project rollouts, plan and track budgets, manage change and monitor impact

Required profile

• Master's degree in Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of five years of professional experience, ideally in strategy consulting, corporate development or a similar strategic function in financial services
• Ability to analyse complex data, build business cases and present persuasively to the board
• Project leadership: managing multiple workstreams independently with complex stakeholder requirements
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken); additional languages are an asset
• Eligibility to work in Switzerland
