About the role
You will work closely with core teams on high‑impact initiatives across engineering, product, hiring, operations, and business development. The role involves solving business and product challenges, building new capabilities, and driving execution as the company scales.
Key responsibilities
- Drive high‑priority initiatives across the business and work with leadership to solve strategic challenges.
- Build new teams, processes, and capabilities as the organization grows.
- Lead cross‑functional projects from planning through execution.
- Research new markets, products, and business opportunities.
- Identify operational problems and implement practical solutions.
