Studio Production Intern

About the role

Join On as a Studio Production Intern for a six‑month, paid internship starting September 1, 2026. You will be fully embedded in the production team, supporting the organization of creative assets and on‑set activities while gaining hands‑on experience in a fast‑moving environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and maintain the main sample and storage spaces to ensure easy access for the team.
• Unpack, catalogue, and log incoming campaign and sales samples into the management system (e.g., Launchmetrics).
• Assist producers on scheduled shoots and events, coordinating talent, crew, and production schedules.
• Maintain project documentation, update Google Calendar with on‑set days and travel, and manage tasks in Asana.
• Support procurement and organisation of specialised equipment and supplies, such as hard‑drive inventory and studio gear.

Required profile

• Strong curiosity and eagerness to learn new production workflows and technologies.
• High motivation and ownership to see complex organisational tasks through to completion.
• Proactive communication skills to raise issues early and align with team members and external partners.
• Natural aptitude for structure and organisation.
