Study Administrator (Hybrid) – Luzern

About the role

Syneos Health is seeking a Study Administrator to support a single‑sponsor partnership in Switzerland. This hybrid position requires you to work 2‑3 days per week from our Luzern office, handling clinical documentation and site‑management activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, distribute, archive, and manage clinical documents, including investigator folders both physically and electronically.
• Support the Clinical Monitoring Team with site‑management tasks, acting as sponsor liaison and ensuring protocol compliance.
• Maintain clinical tracking data in databases, process inbound/outbound regulatory documents, and coordinate material shipments.
• Assist with budget, contract, and payment management, including CTRAs negotiation and financial compliance monitoring.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training in administration or medical field (e.g., KV, MPA, FAGE).
• Strong interest in healthcare and clinical research with good organizational skills.
• Excellent German and English communication; French or Italian is a plus.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with AI tools and automation technologies.
• Quick learner of new IT applications and system‑affinity.
