Supply Chain Coordinator – Full or Part‑time (40‑60%)

About the role

GC International AG is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join its Lucerne team. The role supports global supply‑chain operations, acting as the main interface between factories, suppliers and internal sales organisations. It can be performed on a full‑time or part‑time basis (40‑60%).

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end order processing between customers and vendors.
• Manage purchase orders, invoices and credit notes within and outside SAP.
• Monitor shipping schedules and ensure timely delivery execution.
• Track and resolve IDOC errors and support SAP‑related issue handling.
• Act as liaison between vendors, customers and internal departments, aligning forecasts and net requirements.
• Maintain product and material master data in SAP and generate reports on inventory, backorders, KPIs, sales and purchases.
• Support monthly reconciliations with the accounting team.
• Assist with SAP S/4HANA rollout, process standardisation and system integration activities.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise supply‑chain processes.
