System Engineer

About the role

We are partnering with an innovative company that delivers modern workplace solutions to leading clients in healthcare, insurance and industrial sectors. As a System Engineer you will design, implement and manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments, ensuring they meet performance, security and compliance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and operate Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud platforms.
• Lead cloud migration projects to Azure and Microsoft 365.
• Deliver solutions using Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.
• Analyse requirements and create solution concepts based on Microsoft cloud services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously optimise M365 and Azure environments.
• Apply cloud security guidelines and implement measures to satisfy compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Completed vocational training as an IT specialist with several years of practical experience.
• Additional ICT education (e.g., HF, FH) is a plus.
• Proven experience analysing ICT environments, developing concepts and delivering projects.

Required skills

• Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Intune).
• Azure cloud solutions.
• Microsoft Entra ID implementation and management.
• Security and compliance knowledge (Conditional Access, MFA, Azure Security Center).
• PowerShell or other scripting languages.
