Systems and Operations Engineer

About the role

The World Trade Organization is seeking a Systems and Operations Engineer to join its Client Services Section within the IT Solutions Division. Reporting to the Chief of CSS, you will own and improve key client‑device services, supporting the organization’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve Unified Endpoint Management (UEM) and related client device services.
• Manage the full mobile device lifecycle, including configuration, compliance, security baselines and integration with enterprise infrastructure.
• Administer Active Directory groups, admin accounts and service accounts, ensuring optimal service delivery.
• Oversee printer services and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external providers.
• Integrate predictive analytics and AI into UEM processes to anticipate service degradation and identify root causes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing enterprise endpoint environments.
• Strong understanding of digital workplace solutions, especially Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal teams and external vendors.
