About the role
Hitachi Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for its German‑speaking market on a one‑year contract. You will collaborate closely with local hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract top talent, enhance the candidate experience, and support the company’s growth objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions across the German‑speaking market.
- Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
- Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to build proactive talent pipelines.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
- Represent Hitachi Energy at external events and strengthen employer branding.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in an international or matrixed environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
- In‑depth knowledge of the German‑speaking labor market.
- Fluent in English and German (C1 level or native).
- Data‑driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.

- Expertise in sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools.
