Talent Acquisition Partner – 1 Year Contract (German Market)

About the role

Hitachi Energy is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to lead recruitment for its German‑speaking market on a one‑year contract. You will collaborate closely with local hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract top talent, enhance the candidate experience, and support the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions across the German‑speaking market.
• Advise hiring managers on market trends, talent availability, and recruitment strategies.
• Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to build proactive talent pipelines.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices.
• Represent Hitachi Energy at external events and strengthen employer branding.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in an international or matrixed environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels.
• In‑depth knowledge of the German‑speaking labor market.
• Fluent in English and German (C1 level or native).
• Data‑driven mindset with a passion for delivering results.
