Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Kinective is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the full‑cycle recruiting process and ensure a seamless candidate experience. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to translate hiring priorities into high‑quality hires that support the company’s rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and priorities.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake, posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing.
• Develop tailored recruiting strategies based on business needs, market conditions, and candidate availability.
• Proactively source talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, talent communities, and other targeted channels.
• Maintain momentum on requisitions by driving next steps, gathering feedback, and escalating blockers.
• Ensure hiring teams are aligned on expectations, interview processes, candidate profiles, and decision timelines.
• Deliver a consistent, positive candidate experience with timely communication and professionalism.
• Keep recruiting systems up‑to‑date with accurate data, statuses, and documentation.
• Analyze pipeline data to identify trends, improve execution, and report progress to stakeholders.
• Support employer branding and process‑improvement initiatives.
