Talent Acquisition Specialist – Life Sciences Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive recruitment of exceptional talent across the life sciences sector. You will partner with business teams to understand technical challenges and deliver a transparent, positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Define recruitment needs and write job postings.
• Actively source candidates across multiple channels, adapting search techniques.
• Screen CVs and applications to identify top talent.
• Conduct pre‑screening interviews to assess technical skills and motivation.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring.
• Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive candidate experience with thorough credential verification.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the internal ATS.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand technical challenges and match candidates.
• Provide occasional HR administrative support such as contracts and permits.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; certification or Master’s a plus.
• 3–6 years experience in talent acquisition, preferably recruiting engineering profiles in life sciences/GMP.
• Experience in a recruitment agency or consulting firm.
• Strong business‑oriented mindset, resilience and ability to manage multiple processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
