Tax Advisor – Private Equity Funds (US & EU)

About the role

We are looking for a US tax specialist to support investment fund practices, advising on corporate tax, AEOI and US tax compliance and reporting for private equity and other private market investment structures.

Key responsibilities

• Support investment funds practices, advising on corporate tax, AEOI and US tax compliance and reporting for private equity and other private market structures.
• Provide technically strong, commercially focused input across a broad range of US funds matters.
• Review complex fund structures and ensure compliance with US tax regulations for funds and investors.
• Advise on US tax reporting requirements, including K‑1 schedules and investor disclosures.
• Support fund structuring, launches and ongoing operational tax matters.
• Act as technical point of contact for internal stakeholders and investors.
• Identify and manage US tax risks and compliance obligations.
• Contribute to process improvement and best practice within the function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Law, Taxation or Economics.
• Professional experience at a Big Four firm or top‑tier law firm.
• In‑depth knowledge of CRS/AEOI and US taxation, especially for private market funds.
• Experience with corporate tax and US tax compliance of fund investments.
• Analytical mindset, goal‑oriented, ability to multitask.
• Team player with strong customer focus.
• Problem‑solver, detail‑oriented.
• Interest in an intercultural environment.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in English.
