Tax Consultant – Financial Services (Graduate)

About the role

Join EY's Tax Financial Services team as a Graduate Tax Consultant and help leading banks and insurance companies in Switzerland navigate complex tax, reporting, and regulatory challenges. You will work on real projects from day one, gaining responsibility and exposure to a variety of tax advisory and transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Address high‑impact tax questions for major financial institutions.
• Work across advisory, reporting, and transformation topics.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary EY teams and build a professional network.
• Contribute to innovative tax solutions using AI and digital tools.
• Develop expertise through EY‑funded qualifications such as the Swiss Certified Tax Expert.

Required profile

• Currently completing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, economics, finance or a related field.
