Tax & Wealth Planning Analyst

About the role

Savair is a technology‑first multi‑family office supporting European entrepreneurs and families. As a Tax & Wealth Planning Analyst in Zurich, you will work directly with the Senior Tax & Wealth Planning Partner, taking ownership of live client files that involve complex, multi‑jurisdictional structures.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate tax filings, provisional assessments, corporate tax returns and VAT submissions across the Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and Italy.
• Liaise with external tax advisors, accountants, notaries and lawyers, gathering information and ensuring timely progress of client matters.
• Support administration of holding structures such as BVs, STAKs, foundations and international entities, including signature processes and record‑keeping.
• Research filing requirements and relevant regulations, summarising findings for senior team members.
• Draft client correspondence in English and Dutch and attend client meetings alongside senior staff.
• Contribute to the development of standardised processes, templates and operational infrastructure as the practice expands.

Required profile

• Strong interest in international tax, wealth planning and multi‑jurisdictional client service.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proactive communication style and ability to work closely with senior partners and external advisors.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus.

• Comfort using AI‑assisted tools for document drafting and data analysis.
