Team Lead – Product Development (80‑100%)

About the role

We are looking for a Team Lead to head a multidisciplinary engineering team that will develop next‑generation implantology solutions for a global MedTech leader. This position combines technical leadership with a strong focus on people development, collaboration, and fostering an inclusive engineering culture.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Development Engineers.
• Create an environment where engineers feel supported, challenged, and empowered to grow.
• Translate strategic objectives into clear priorities and actionable plans.
• Drive collaboration across engineering, quality, regulatory, operations, and manufacturing.
• Provide technical leadership on complex product development projects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and quality requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of product development processes and methodologies.

Required profile

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience in medical devices or another regulated industry.
• Previous experience leading people, projects, or technical teams.
• Coaching‑oriented leadership style with a genuine passion for developing others.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English language skills.
