Team Leader – On‑site Customer Service Operations

About the role

The Team Leader, Customer Site will coordinate and run day‑to‑day service operations at a key customer location, ensuring the on‑site team delivers consistent, high‑quality scientific support and inventory management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of two on‑site Site Specialists delivering Vendor Managed Inventory services.
• Execute on‑site program replenishments, disbursements and stockroom duties such as receiving, put‑away, stock rotation and cycle counts.
• Follow defined SOPs, work instructions and GMP best practices.
• Utilise computer systems to process orders, track inventory and follow written procedures.
• Communicate proactively with supervisors about customer concerns or potential issues.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic leader comfortable working in cleanroom, cold‑room and laboratory environments.
• Ability to lift 40 lb without assistance and adhere to PPE requirements.
• Willingness to work with hazardous or toxic materials following safety standards.
• Strong collaboration skills with customers and internal teams.
