Teamlead Procurement & Supply Chain

About the role

Wingtra is looking for a Teamlead Procurement & Supply Chain to head a group of four experts and own the full procurement cycle, from supplier selection to serial production management. You will shape procurement policies, drive supply‑chain efficiency and support the company’s rapid scale‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of four Procurement and Supply Chain Experts, setting goals and supporting growth.
• Manage procurement of hard goods (electronics, plastics, packaging, commodities) and software licenses for a defined supplier panel.
• Define and deploy procurement policies aligned with the overall operations strategy.
• Negotiate and maintain supplier contracts, conduct audits and monitor performance throughout the product lifecycle.
• Design and implement lean supply‑chain processes to keep costs within target and meet quality and on‑time KPIs.
• Oversee international logistics and freight forwarding to align inbound/outbound flows with production and customer demand.
• Collaborate with Production, Finance, Industrialization, R&D and other internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• 5+ years as a Commodity, Strategic or Project Buyer with end‑to‑end procurement experience.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, preferably in a start‑up or scale‑up environment.
• Strong background in hard‑goods procurement (electronics, plastics, commodities) and software licensing.
• Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding and supplier audits.
• Highly analytical with the ability to solve complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Excellent English fluency; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems (Odoo preferred).
• Competence in data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of Lean management principles.
