Technical Installer (Hybrid – Switzerland)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Technical Installer to join Jaipur Robotics, a Swiss‑based clean‑tech startup that delivers AI‑powered waste management solutions. The role involves preparing, assembling and installing our hardware systems at customer sites across Europe and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare equipment and installation materials for deployments.
• Assemble installation kits and pallets.
• Install Jaipur Robotics systems on‑site, including cameras, brackets, sensors and supporting hardware.
• Perform mechanical and electrical installation tasks, wiring and cable routing.
• Assist engineers during commissioning, system testing and troubleshooting.
• Ensure all installations comply with safety procedures and company standards.
• Produce basic installation reports and documentation.

Required profile

• Diploma in electrical installation, mechanics, industrial maintenance, mechatronics or a related technical field.
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical and electrical tools.
• Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical installations.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe and internationally.
• Residence in Ticino (Switzerland) or Northern Italy and a valid driving licence.
• Basic English communication skills.
