Technical Lead, Product Artwork

About the role

The Technical Lead, Product Artwork will drive technical innovation and automation within the Product Artwork team, ensuring operational excellence and supporting the manufacturing of high‑quality pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject‑matter expert for coordinating and troubleshooting all technical aspects of product artwork.
• Support automation initiatives in the artwork management system (ArcTiC/Esko) and develop automated artwork templates.
• Collaborate with packaging sites, LOCs, regulatory affairs, supply chain and external partners to ensure compliance and efficient workflow.
• Provide technical support and training to team members and business partners.
• Design and improve technical and automation workflows, establish KPIs and monitor performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) in Engineering, Graphic Design, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, focusing on artwork, labeling or packaging design.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for artwork, packaging and labeling.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
