Technical Project Manager – Integrated Systems

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the development and integration of complex, large‑scale systems in a highly technical and international environment. You will coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams and external partners to deliver sophisticated system‑of‑systems programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple sub‑project managers and their engineering teams.
• Drive program planning and execution together with commercial and business stakeholders.
• Prepare technical documentation such as product specifications, acceptance concepts, and supplier requirements.
• Analyse customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Define and develop overall system architectures and subsystem designs.
• Ensure seamless integration of complex systems into higher‑level operational environments.
• Produce and maintain Top Level Design Documents and related engineering deliverables.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and customer meetings.
• Manage technical interfaces with international partners, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in technical project management within complex engineering environments.
• University degree in Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Aerospace or a related discipline.
• Proven experience leading complex technical projects or programs.
• Strong background in systems design and integration of large‑scale, multidisciplinary systems.
• Demonstrated leadership and ability to manage cross‑functional teams.
• Autonomous work style with strong collaboration skills.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• Fluent German and English (minimum B2 level).
