Technical Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

About the role

Bianchet, an independent Swiss haute horlogerie Maison, seeks a highly motivated professional to own the supply chain and procurement function. You will ensure that complex watch components flow efficiently from technical definition through sourcing, planning and production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage suppliers, quotations and purchase orders while monitoring lead times and production priorities.
• Guarantee complete component availability for production, proactively identifying and resolving shortages.
• Maintain accurate ERP data, BOM structures, stock information and inventory records.
• Support production planning, material requirements and follow up on technical, delivery and quality issues with suppliers.

Required profile

• 5 to 10 years of experience in the Swiss watchmaking industry (Maison, component supplier, movement or case manufacturer).
• Strong knowledge of watchmaking components, manufacturing processes and ability to read technical drawings.
• Hands‑on experience in procurement, planning, stock management and supplier follow‑up.
• Practical, autonomous, highly organized working style with strong personal motivation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, preferably Odoo.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings for movements, cases and watch components.
