Technical Support Specialist – SaaS Contact Center

About the role

Luware is seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join its Zurich headquarters. You will become an expert in Luware’s CCaaS (Contact Centre as a Service) solutions, assisting large multinational enterprises in troubleshooting and optimizing their use of the software.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with technical questions about Luware’s solutions and their integration.
• Respond promptly to support queries and maintain high‑quality service.
• Own support queues independently and manage cases from start to resolution.
• Continuously improve support processes to boost customer satisfaction.
• Recommend enhancements that increase efficiency and productivity.

Required profile

• Tech‑savvy individual with at least 1 year of enterprise support experience (Level 2 preferred).
• Customer‑focused mindset, able to understand urgent needs and guide users toward solutions.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) and native‑level Swiss German.
• Self‑driven, responsible, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• Microsoft Teams fundamentals (nice to have).
