Technicien / Directeur de travaux Génie Civil

About the role

The client, an engineering office specialized in structural and civil engineering, is seeking a skilled professional to lead and supervise civil engineering projects. The role combines technical site management, coordination with stakeholders, and close collaboration with engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Direct, organize and manage the technical and administrative aspects of construction sites.
• Represent the client (owner) and coordinate with authorities, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with plans.
• Plan, prepare bids, handle offers and award contracts.
• Prepare and control final accounts, manage financial follow‑up including measurements and supplementary offers.
• Develop projects in close collaboration with engineering teams.
• Lead and coordinate DLT teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• CFC qualification as a civil engineering draftsman with site experience, or a Technician ES / HES‑EPF diploma in civil engineering.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Switzerland.
• Autonomous, rigorous, proactive with a strong overall vision.
• Ability to manage deadlines and budgets effectively.
• Fluent French language skills.
