About the role

Join Hitachi Energy as a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth of High Voltage Bushings and On‑Load Tap‑Changers in the Brazilian market. You will combine technical power‑industry knowledge with commercial expertise while working from our Zurich office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities for High Voltage Bushings and On‑Load Tap‑Changers across Brazil.
• Build and strengthen relationships with transformer manufacturers, utilities, EPC contractors and industrial customers.
• Identify market trends and emerging opportunities to support long‑term growth.
• Lead commercial discussions, support negotiations and prepare competitive proposals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and contribute to forecasting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in sales, business development or engineering within the energy, electrical or transformer sector.
• Strong knowledge of the Brazilian power and energy market and its key stakeholders.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and driving growth in Brazil.
• Business‑fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.
• Self‑driven, relationship‑oriented and able to work independently while collaborating with global teams.
