Test Engineer – PCB Testing & Measurement

About the role

We are looking for a Test Engineer to develop test requirements, create test procedures and carry out testing, repair and commissioning of PCBs, assemblies and systems. The role works closely with the development department and supports customers during factory inspections.

Key responsibilities

• Develop test requirements and new test methods in collaboration with the development team.
• Create detailed test instructions and comprehensive test reports.
• Perform testing, repair (including soldering) and commissioning of PCBs, assemblies and complete systems.
• Participate in field tests and support test activities on site.
• Inspect production orders and incoming material against quality specifications.
• Conduct factory inspections together with customers.
• Manage storage of measuring equipment and maintain calibration records.
• Design and build test facilities to streamline test procedures.

Required profile

• Completed technical training in electronics or measurement technology (technical school background is a plus).
• Practical experience handling measuring equipment.
• Good knowledge of German and English.
• Positive attitude, reliable team player with strong quality awareness.
• Ability to work independently.

Required skills

• Soldering skills for PCB repair.
• Experience with measuring and test equipment.
• Knowledge of radio‑frequency and power engineering (advantage).
