Trade Marketing Assets Intern (6 months)

About the role

We are looking for a Trade Marketing Assets Intern to support our Brand Experience Team for a 6‑month fixed‑term assignment. The intern will assist the Trade Marketing Specialist in logistics, administrative tasks and the implementation of printed materials, visual assets, gifts and special packaging, reporting to the Project Manager Trade Marketing Assets.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management, development, implementation and monitoring of printed catalogues, CRM cards, stationery, visual watch assets, gifts and special packaging.
• Coordinate supplier briefings, production launches and order management in collaboration with worldwide markets.
• Assist internal logistics department with shipment planning and tracking.
• Handle trade‑marketing articles in SAP, maintain article fact sheets and update SharePoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience with strong project‑management abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure in an international environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English.
