Trainee F&B Internship – Rooms Division Support

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in and check‑out, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth departure.
• Support front‑office and reservation tasks, including accurate data entry in the management system.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, providing information and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with housekeeping to maintain immaculate guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle special guest requests and go the extra mile to create memorable experiences.
• Uphold health, safety and security standards throughout the property.
• Demonstrate flexibility by covering various roles within the Rooms Division as needed.
