Training Consultant (Remote, Fixed‑Term)

About the role

NIIT is seeking a remote Training Consultant to support a leading automotive manufacturer and its dealer network. You will combine training, coaching and learning design to help employees, managers and trading partners grow professionally and personally.

Key responsibilities

• Design, moderate and deliver face‑to‑face, online and blended learning programmes.
• Coach and support employees, managers and partners through development and change initiatives.
• Create and continuously improve modern learning concepts, training materials and digital formats.
• Provide advice to optimise sales, service and management processes within the retail environment.
• Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical follow‑up and support.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments, managers and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Completed studies in education, psychology, business administration, communication management or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant or personnel developer.
• Solid experience in the automotive trade or car‑dealership environment and knowledge of related sales, service and management processes.
• Proven ability to design, implement and evolve training, coaching and development measures.
• Knowledge of leadership, communication, change management and digitalisation.
• Experience developing modern learning concepts and digital formats such as blended learning and e‑learning.
