Training Intern – Fashion Learning & Style Expertise

About the role

CHANEL is looking for a Fashion Learning & Style Expertise Intern in Geneva to work closely with the Learning Manager and Style Expertise Manager. The intern contributes to learning and style expertise across Swiss Markets, supporting the local and global teams and partners in Marketing and Visual Merchandising. The role helps Fashion Advisors strengthen their styling capabilities through the creation, adaptation, deployment and measurement of learning content.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of in-person training, seminars and Style Expertise workshops in Geneva and Zurich, including logistics, materials and on-the-day support
• Consolidate post-training feedback, track learner retention and spread learning communications to regional markets
• Create clear, engaging presentations, training tools and internal communications
• Translate and adapt global learning materials into French and English, and publish and maintain content on the e-learning application
• Share global competitive intelligence and fashion trend content, including collection reviews and runway trends
• Report learning KPIs (e.g. e-learning performance, workshops) and produce activity reports
• Coordinate meetings and projects, and collaborate with local and global stakeholders

Required profile

• Currently completing a higher-education degree in Fashion, Communication, Business, Learning or a related field
• A mandatory internship agreement: the internship must be part of the study programme, required for degree completion and validated by academic credits
• Fluent written and spoken French and English
• Strong organisational and project-management skills, detail-oriented and able to work independently
• Previous experience in a corporate or luxury environment is a plus

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of Canva and CapCut is an asset

What we offer

• Full-time, in-person internship (100%, 5 days a week, Monday to Friday) starting 4 January 2027 for 6 months
