Training Specialist (80-100%) – GMP Focus

About the role

As a Training Specialist you will act as the key link between employees and the training process, owning your department as a subject‑matter expert and ensuring compliant management of Cornerstone and GMP training activities. You will design engaging content, deliver sessions and partner with stakeholders while onboarding new hires, working primarily on‑site with one remote day per week.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct organisational needs assessments and identify training gaps in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop curricula, course outlines, instructional materials and assessment tools.
• Facilitate training through classroom, virtual, on‑the‑job coaching and e‑learning formats.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness using surveys and assessments.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with GMP regulations.
• Manage training resources, venues, equipment and leverage the LMS for scheduling, tracking and reporting.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders on progress, challenges and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong background in GMP (QA, Manufacturing, QC) or 2–4 years of hands‑on training experience in a GMP environment.
• Fluent in English and German with the ability to communicate across diverse audiences.
• Detail‑oriented, structured mindset with a high level of compliance awareness.
• Passion for collaboration and building relationships across departments.
