Training Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Training Specialist to help clients across Southern Europe get the most out of our innovative digital solutions. You will design and deliver engaging online and face‑to‑face training sessions, create learning resources and support customer adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions, webinars and product demos to clients throughout Southern Europe.
• Create, update and maintain tutorials, user guides, videos and other learning materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service and Technical Support to align training with business priorities.
• Gather customer feedback, monitor market trends and share insights with internal teams.
• Participate in industry meetings and coordinate with European training colleagues to ensure consistency.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the training function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience delivering training for electronic products or digital services.
• Native‑level Italian and strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent presentation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
• Customer‑focused, proactive and able to handle feedback constructively.
• Team player committed to high‑quality service and continuous improvement.
• Based in Italy and willing to travel for on‑site training and events.
