Transfer Pricing Manager, Financial Services

About the role

PwC is looking for a Transfer Pricing Manager for its Financial Services practice in Zurich. The manager manages and coordinates multi-country transfer pricing projects for multinational groups, designs and optimizes business models, implements global strategies and advises clients on transfer pricing policies, governance and dispute resolution. The role works closely with senior stakeholders and leads complex projects across jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, direct and coordinate multi-country transfer pricing projects for multinational groups.
• Develop concepts for new business models or optimize existing ones, and oversee their global implementation.
• Review global value chains and business models to identify client needs and build tailored solutions.
• Advise clients on setting and defending transfer pricing policies, governance, documentation and technology solutions.
• Support dispute resolution assignments and negotiate advance rulings with tax authorities.
• Contribute to business development by winning work and developing service offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams and use the global transfer pricing network to deliver solutions.
• Train and guide stakeholders on transfer pricing principles.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Law or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in transfer pricing, in a consultancy or financial services environment.
• Proven experience managing and coordinating multi-country transfer pricing projects.
• Fluent English; German strongly preferred, French a big plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of OECD guidelines and local tax regulations.
• Excellent analytical skills, research and drafting of industry analyses.
• Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel; TP software experience is a plus.
• Leadership capability and result-oriented approach in complex situations.
