Treasury Implementation Consultant (German-Speaking)

About the role

Ripple builds SaaS treasury and risk management solutions for financial institutions, businesses, governments and developers. As a Professional Services Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and digital architect, customizing Ripple Treasury's suite to improve clients' treasury operations. The role requires fluency in both English and German.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions to uncover client pain points, workflows and technical requirements
• Design and document the "To-Be" state and configure Ripple Treasury to meet client goals
• Act as a subject matter expert, advising on treasury best practices and modernizing legacy processes
• Configure the platform hands-on so the technical setup matches the strategic vision
• Run training sessions so users realize the maximum ROI from the solution
• Partner with Sales, Product and Engineering to share client feedback and shape the product roadmap

Required profile

• 3+ years of client-facing solution consulting or software implementation experience, especially in ERP or SaaS
• Consultative approach, challenging the status quo and leading clients toward better outcomes
• Expertise in treasury domains such as cash management, payments, risk or hedge accounting
• Experience in Corporate Treasury, Accounting or Finance, comfortable discussing cash flow, debt and financial risk
• Fluency in English and German; other languages are a plus

Required skills

• Understanding of complex software ecosystems and data flow between treasury systems, banks and ERPs
• Ability to translate technical jargon into accessible financial concepts
