About the role

The company is a Swiss TechBio firm using data science and computational biology to create next‑generation healthcare solutions. Reporting directly to the CEO, CFO and Board, the Vice President of Business Development will shape and execute the commercial strategy, focusing on partnerships and scaling the business after an upcoming financing round.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute commercial and partnering strategy.
Build relationships across biotech, pharma and healthcare.
Lead strategic partnership discussions and advance opportunities to term‑sheet stage.
Support investor and fundraising discussions.
Create a scalable commercial organisation.

Required profile

Former CBO, VP Business Development, Head of Strategic Partnerships or similar.
Experience in biotech, precision medicine, immunology, diagnostics, genomics, AI‑enabled drug discovery or TechBio.
Strong partnering experience with an existing industry network.
Entrepreneurial, hands‑on, highly networked and able to move between strategy and execution.
