Video Producer – Freelance

About the role

We are seeking a freelance Video Producer to create high‑quality instructional videos for a technical training project aimed at software professionals. You will work closely with an instructional design expert to transform existing learning content into engaging, polished video modules.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a complete series of instructional training videos based on pre‑developed scripts and technical documentation.
• Capture high‑quality screen recordings of coding demonstrations, terminal sessions and software workflows.
• Create and edit animated slide presentations with professional voice‑over integration.
• Manage all post‑production tasks, including editing, audio enhancement, graphics integration, chapter creation, lower‑thirds, timestamps and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with instructional stakeholders to ensure videos align with learning objectives and technical content.
• Guide subject‑matter experts during recording sessions to deliver clear presentations.
• Deliver finalized videos together with all source files and production assets according to project timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience producing professional e‑learning, software training or technical instructional video content.
• Strong expertise in screen‑recording production, video editing, motion graphics and post‑production workflows.
• Ability to understand code and software demonstrations to ensure accurate content alignment.
• Experience directing or coaching presenters and subject‑matter experts during recordings.
• Access to licensed video production software and the ability to manage all production requirements independently.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
