Visual Commercial – Visual Merchandiser

About the role

As a Visual Commercial you will shape the customer experience by translating the brand’s image into compelling store visuals. You will work closely with the CX team to ensure that every product presentation feels effortless and inspiring, turning the store into a dynamic space where shoppers connect with the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Refresh store layouts, rotate exposed items and adjust visual displays quickly in response to commercial needs.
• Prepare mannequins, window displays and all visual details to the highest standard.
• Share key visual inputs with the CX team to align brand perception across all touchpoints.
• Identify, train and mentor new visual staff, passing on brand culture, values and creative vision.
• Maintain a dynamic and inspiring atmosphere that supports sales objectives.

Required profile

• Strong eye for detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment and adapt quickly to changing needs.
• Leadership qualities to train and guide junior visual staff.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
