Visual Merchandising Intern

About the role

Join the Visual Merchandising (VM) team as an intern and support the department on a variety of projects that enhance the customer experience and drive sales. You will work closely with the Corporate VM Project Manager, Creative Project Officer, Head of VM and the wider VM community, gaining hands‑on experience in luxury retail visual strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Assist on animation displays, gifting and POSM projects by creating references and supporting tactical development.
• Manage bi‑annual updates of lightbox and iconography visuals, validate market visual proposals and produce execution videos.
• Update VM Corporate Guidelines twice a year and deliver quick training sessions to the VM community.
• Maintain Zoning & Iconography databases, gathering market approvals and updating the worldwide database.
• Support transversal missions such as mood‑board creation, seasonal gift development and local market setup follow‑up.
• Help prospect suppliers including creative agencies, production companies and experience agencies.
• Create a monthly VM newsletter, compile competitor reports and conduct competitive reviews with senior management.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, preferably in Luxury Management or a related field.
• Strong interest in luxury, visual merchandising and architecture.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Adobe Photoshop.
• Adobe InDesign.
