Vocational Trainer – Design & Construction

About the role

We are looking for a Vocational Trainer who will bridge cutting‑edge engineering projects with the development of future design engineers. Working alongside our core engineering team, you will deliver technically demanding solutions for mobile hydraulics while leading a comprehensive talent development programme.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the training pathway for EFZ‑certified Design Engineers, from recruitment through to successful graduation.
• Design, organise and continuously improve a training curriculum that aligns with the latest industry standards.
• Act as a coach and role model, coordinating closely with vocational schools and specialist departments.
• Support the engineering core team on complex design tasks, applying your technical expertise directly to product development.

Required profile

• EFZ certification as a Design Engineer with substantial practical experience.
• Completed vocational instructor training or a strong willingness to obtain it with company support.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to inspire young talent.
• Structured, responsible work style with a commitment to the highest quality standards in design work.
