Warehouse Operations Manager (Remote, Part‑time)

About the role

This part‑time remote position is responsible for overseeing all warehouse activities for Pec Training Academy. You will lead a small team, ensure inventory accuracy and keep warehouse processes running smoothly while delivering a customer‑focused service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations and team members.
• Maintain optimal inventory control and accurate stock records.
• Manage and improve warehouse processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Foster a customer‑oriented environment and address inquiries.
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet organisational goals.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Experience in operations and warehouse management.
• Background in inventory control and record‑keeping.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• High attention to detail and capacity to work independently.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or similar setting is beneficial.
