Wealth Management Analyst – Private Wealth Management (Geneva)

About the role

Goldman Sachs is seeking a Wealth Management Analyst to join its Private Wealth Management (PWM) team in Geneva. The role supports high‑net‑worth clients and the sales teams that serve them, ensuring smooth onboarding, trade execution, and ongoing account maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Provide client‑service management support and operational assistance to Private Wealth Advisors.
• Manage cash balances and other assets in client accounts, processing payments and transfers.
• Oversee new account boarding, liaising directly with clients and handling static account updates.
• Act as a liaison between PWM and other internal product groups, delivering client reporting and web‑capability overviews.
• Execute, process, and reconcile market trades and investment‑related transactions after passing required trading exams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant apprenticeship.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a related field.
• French language skills are desired; strong written and verbal English communication.
• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects under competing deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to interact with senior management and global stakeholders.
• Commercially savvy, discreet with confidential information, and committed to high ethical standards.

• Proficient to advanced use of MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
