About the role
Join UBS’s 2027 Graduate Talent Program in Global Markets Credit Solutions, where you will learn about market trends, work with a truly global footprint, and develop skills across trading, automation and quantitative analysis.
Key responsibilities
- Support market‑side product origination of private placements and act as market maker for illiquid financial instruments.
- Develop and maintain automation tools for a large variety of business‑owned processes.
- Collaborate closely with the Quant team to deliver scalable trading solutions.
- Participate in the management of a structured notes portfolio.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (within 24 months) in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields, with no more than two years of full‑time work experience.
- Fluent English and strong interest in capital markets.
- Proven track record of development and implementation projects, combined with coding abilities.
- Strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and values of hard‑working, trustworthy, dedicated and collaborative.
