340B Analyst

About the role

The 340B Analyst will support SpendMend Pharmacy’s mission to ensure 340B program compliance for hospitals and clinics. Working remotely, you will assist clients with audit preparation, data collection, and compliance reporting while adhering to best‑practice standards set by Apexus and HRSA.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, support, and finalize audit documentation for client delivery.
• Coordinate audit planning communications, schedule pre‑ and post‑audit meetings, and compile client‑specific data requests.
• Draft audit agendas, create audit guides, and maintain audit calendars.
• Review Contract Pharmacy Service Agreements and populate summary tables.
• Develop and review trail‑balance crosswalks and perform sampling across all universes.
• Provide ongoing audit support and participate in weekly team meetings.
• Monitor compliance resources such as OPAIS and HRSA portals.

Required profile

• Demonstrated knowledge of 340B program compliance and related software systems.
• Experience with spreadsheet or database work in a healthcare environment.
• Familiarity with electronic health records and HRSA resources.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with company‑provided equipment.
• Commitment to complete the 340B Advanced Certificate Program within nine months of hire.
