Account Executive – Large Enterprise (Geneva)

About the role

The Account Executive joins Gartner’s field sales team to manage and grow relationships with large‑enterprise clients. Reporting to the regional sales leadership, you will work directly with C‑level executives to ensure they receive maximum value from Gartner’s services and identify new opportunities for cross‑selling and upselling.

Key responsibilities

• Drive value delivery for existing Gartner clients, helping them achieve their mission‑critical goals.
• Identify, cultivate, qualify and close new growth opportunities through cross‑sell and upsell initiatives.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of high‑quality prospects and meet or exceed sales KPIs.
• Own quota responsibility for the assigned large‑enterprise territory.
• Manage complex, high‑revenue sales cycles across matrixed business environments.
• Provide accurate forecasting and account planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in complex, intangible‑product environments.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling to or influencing C‑level executives.
• Strong ability to own, manage and forecast a complex sales process.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
