Account Manager – Medical Device (Fluent German)

About the role
We are seeking an Account Manager to drive sales of medical devices in the Swiss market. The role requires fluency in German and English and a strong background in pharma or medical device sales.
Key responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned KPIs and proactively maintain existing business.
- Manage complex sales situations from proposal preparation to contract negotiation.
- Lead the full sales process and coordinate project teams.
- Build and manage strong relationships with all customer stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Track competitor and market trends to maintain a high win rate.
- Plan and execute cost‑effective call programs to engage key customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in pharma or medical devices.
- Travel up to 60% of the time.
- Fluent in English and German.
