Account Manager Private Banking – Middle East & Africa (Geneva)

About the role

The Account Manager Private Banking supports Relationship Managers in serving high‑net‑worth clients from the Middle East and Africa market. Based in Geneva, the role combines client interaction, operational account management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to deliver the bank’s service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Relationship Managers in client meetings, handling documentation, compliance and special requests.
• Maintain accurate client account records, including KYC, CDB and account opening forms.
• Process client orders such as payments, foreign‑exchange, securities transactions and cash‑management activities.
• Monitor AML alerts and regulatory notifications, ensuring timely response.
• Prepare and update client presentations, investment proposals and marketing material.
• Resolve administrative issues and keep all relevant systems and documentation up to date.
• Organise business trips and client meetings, and act as deputy for peers when required.
