Account Manager - Software & Data

About the role

Evooq is seeking an Account Manager to act as the primary liaison for clients using its wealth‑management software and data solutions. You will ensure client satisfaction, drive adoption of the Evooq platform, and identify growth opportunities within an established portfolio of financial institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with assigned clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Gather client feedback, represent their needs internally, and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities across Evooq’s product suite and develop account plans to meet revenue targets.
• Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and oversee account receivables.
• Promote platform adoption by providing best‑practice guidance and keeping clients informed of new features.
• Track usage, revenue, and satisfaction metrics to generate insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Support teams to deliver a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in client‑facing or account‑management roles within the financial‑technology sector.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to understand complex financial software and translate value to clients.
