After-Sales Service Assistant Internship

About the role

Join CHANEL’s new Zurich boutique as an After‑Sales Service Assistant intern. You will support a dedicated team that handles alterations, care, and repair services, ensuring a seamless experience for luxury clients.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide clients through the after‑sales process, upholding CHANEL’s service standards.
• Register repair requests, monitor progress, and update status in internal systems.
• Communicate with global, local, and external workshops to coordinate repairs.
• Assist with product shipments, deliveries, and incoming goods logistics.
• Manage orders for tools, equipment, and spare parts, maintaining inventory levels.
• Contribute to workspace improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Act as an ambassador for the CHANEL & moi commitment and participate in daily briefings with the sales team.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in luxury, hospitality, or retail is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to prioritize tasks.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with a strong sense of hospitality.
• Fluency in English and German.
