After-Sales Service Assistant (Internship)

About the role

CHANEL is looking for an After-Sales Service Assistant for a 4 to 6-month internship in its new Zurich fashion boutique, starting in July or September 2026. The boutique has a dedicated space for alteration, care and repair services, supported by experts, artisans and seamstresses. The internship must be part of the candidate's study programme, required for the degree and validated by academic credits.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients throughout the after-sales process, in line with CHANEL's client experience standards and the CHANEL & moi commitment.
• Turn potential customer dissatisfaction into a positive experience and strengthen customer loyalty.
• Register repair requests in internal systems, monitor their progress and update their status.
• Communicate with global, local and external workshops.
• Assist in coordinating product shipments, deliveries and incoming goods.
• Coordinate, when needed, the availability of tools, equipment and spare parts through dedicated orders and inventory.
• Contribute to improving the workspace efficiency and workflow.
• Act as an ambassador for the CHANEL & moi commitment and take part in regular morning briefings with the sales team.

Required profile

• Student currently pursuing a degree in Business, Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in luxury, hospitality and/or retail is a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.
• A strong sense of hospitality and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and German.
• Proficiency in standard computer applications.
