After Sales Service Engineer – Full-time

About the role

Synova, the inventor of Laser MicroJet® technology, is seeking an After Sales Service Engineer to join its team. The role involves installing, commissioning and supporting advanced laser‑micro‑jet machines for customers across Europe and worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Install and commission new 3–5 axis machines on‑site, including clean‑room environments.
• Provide rapid response to service and maintenance requests, both on‑site and remotely.
• Identify, document and escalate recurring technical issues.
• Deliver training sessions for customers and internal staff.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of field service experience, preferably in the machine‑tool sector.
• Technical background in electronics or automation engineering.
• Ability to work autonomously, under pressure and travel up to 50 % of the time.
• Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
• Valid driver’s licence, clean driving record, and Swiss nationality or work permit.
