AI & Data Analytics Internship in Sales

About the role

This internship offers hands‑on experience in a sales environment, focusing on data understanding, structuring, analysis and automation. You will collaborate with the sales team to improve efficiency through digitalisation.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data sources used by the sales organisation, including offer documentation, SharePoint, internal tools and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities to structure data more effectively and support the creation of automated workflows, dashboards or analytical modules.
• Document current practices, propose improvements and assist in implementing data‑driven solutions with stakeholders.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Business Analytics, Information Systems or related field.
• Strong interest in data analysis, AI, automation and optimisation of business processes.
• Comfortable working with large, unstructured datasets and translating them into structured insights.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Valid work permit for Switzerland or eligibility to work there.

Required skills

• Programming in Python (preferred).
• Familiarity with C#, databases or API‑based integrations (a plus).
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.
