Analyst Corporate Finance & Treasury

About the role

As an Analyst in Corporate Finance & Treasury you will support global intercompany financing transactions and manage the administrative and commercial responsibilities for two Swiss legal entities, ensuring efficient processes and reliable support for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end advice and support to subsidiaries worldwide on intercompany financing, including business plan and credit analysis, rating, pricing and documentation.
• Administer and monitor intercompany loans, cash pools and funding arrangements while ensuring compliance with internal policies, transfer pricing and local regulations.
• Collaborate with central accounting and tax teams to guarantee accurate booking and reconciliation of intercompany transactions.
• Participate in treasury projects and AI‑based process improvement initiatives.
• Guide and decide on global leasing and pre‑payment matters, and support the preparation of reports, forecasts and management updates.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments, legal entities, time zones and a diverse global organization.
• Accurate, structured work style with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in intercompany financing, treasury or financial planning and analysis.
• Professional proficiency in English and solid German language skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP Treasury and Risk Management (SAP TRM).
